We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to evaluating and shortlisting candidates.
1-2 years of experience as an HR recruiter
Location: Dubai
Basic Salary: 2000 AED
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews/online.
Compile and update employee records.
Follow clients for the timely payments.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Strong and effective communicator.
Experienced in the use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
Capable of going the extra mile for recruitment and onboarding deadlines.
