Project Coordinator will be in charge of assisting Project Director and Project Managers for school construction and supportive projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures and ensuring that all the projects deadlines are met in a timely manner. He will be responsible to prepare the project status report in coordination with the project manager and Project Director. ? Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. ? Organize the steering committee meeting ? Prepare the project status reports. ? Documenting and following up with project manager and project heads on important actions and decisions from meetings. ? File invoices, receipts, project deliverables, sign-offs etc. ? Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. ? Ensuring project deadlines are met. ? Providing administrative support as needed. ? Undertaking project tasks as required. ? Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. ? Communicate and coordinate with the vendors in liaison with project director and project manager. Qualifications: ? Project Management Knowledge. ? Bachler degree. ? Experience as Executive Assistant. ? Experience as Project coordinator.
